Refund Policy

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DON'T DO EXCHANGE. WE ONLY PROCESS REFUND PROVIDED IT MEETS OUR GUIDELINES.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged Items:  Damaged items must be reported/emailed within 3 days of receipt with photos attached to chucktownfashions@gmail.com. If not reported within 3 days, we will not issue a refund. ChuckTown Fashions is not responsible for normal wear and tear to items purchased and will not issue a new item outside of the 3-day window of receiving the item.

If you have received an incorrect item or have experienced another issue with your order, please contact chucktownfashions@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order with a picture of the items and packing slip.

Non-Returnable Items:

Considered “final sale” and may not be returned for store credit or a refund.

  • Gift cards
  • Sale/Clearance items  (as indicated on the product page)
  • Exclusive Drops
  • Products considered "Final Sale" (as indicated on the product page)
  • Accessories- including but not limited to hats, stickers, jewelry and other items

Exchanges:

Because we can't ensure our customers will be issued the style/size they desire by the time their returned items come back to the distribution center we do not offer exchanges. If your order included duties and taxes, you will not be credited for duties and taxes paid.

By processing a return through our Customer Support and sending your items back, you will receive a refund provided that it meets our guidelines.  

Refunds for Returns:

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and the cost of the return shipping label is the customer’s responsibility.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved,  you will receive an email with your digital store credit for the net amount of the item(s) returned.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns:

ChuckTown Fashions reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive return history indicative of “wardrobing”.
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items, or potentially fraudulent or criminal activity.
  • ChuckTown Fashion items sent to our distribution center without a return processed through chucktownfashions@gmail.com  will be discarded upon receipt and will not be refunded.

Similarly, ChuckTown Fashions reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
